LIFE OF A PRINTSHOP 2009-2021
More & more presses; more & more type; life with a thousand cuts! And lots of happenings. Baroque concerts; poetry readings; lectures; group printing days for teens; team-building for designers & educators; more than twenty open houses; more than 300 people in book arts workshops…all while sharing the shop with dozens of other printers who produced over 200 book arts pieces, collaborated on six portfolio books and took part in numerous gallery shows. The pandemic shut down all that public life, yet the core group at North Bay Letterpress Arts has kept on printing brilliant work.…& does appreciate support.
